Our stand together with Airborne Wind Europe and Kitemill is ready. We look forward to some interesting days presenting our new innovative FEcreate AWE winch.

A great opportunity to get information about Airborne Wind Energy, the next generation wind power which will contribute to the global energy mix – and FEcreate winch solutions for this market.

First FE create AWE winch is now completed at AMV (Andersen Mek. Verksted) in Flekkefjord, and has now been transported to ONS event in Stavanger.

We are currently at MIL in Grimstad compiling electronics for our two prototype winches.

In July 2018 we were testing out new prototype motors at Combimac BV in Emmen, The Netherlands.

ECORYS recently featured FE Create as an example of a new interesting player in the AWE (Airborne Wind Energy) industry

Flekkefjord Elektro has signed a contract with Mechatronics Innovation Lab (MIL) at UiA in Grimstad for a delivery of an innovative and compact electric winch that will be used for testing at MIL. The contract is worth of 3,9 million NOK.

Milad Golzar presented his study, “Control of Ultra-high Switching Frequency Converters using Virtual-flux based Direct Power Control”, at the ICEMS Sydney 2017 Conference.
